The mission of the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk is to provide fair, professional, and efficient service to each individual and agency conducting business with the Circuit Court, General Sessions Court, and Juvenile Court.
The Circuit Court Clerk ensures the efficient operation of the Courts by maintaining the dockets and records, handling administrative matters, and serving as a goodwill ambassador to the public. This elected position serves as Clerk for the Circuit Court, General Sessions Court, and Juvenile Court. It also oversees the jury administration for all courts. The Circuit Court Clerk manages the legal business, public communications, and financial operations of these three courts.
Meet The Clerk
Holly Waller was elected to the office of Cheatham County Circuit Court Clerk in 2022. Prior to becoming the Circuit Court Clerk, she worked in the Circuit Court Clerk's office for 6 years and served as Senior Deputy Clerk and Jury Coordinator.
A lifelong resident of Cheatham County, Holly graduated from Sycamore High School and received her B.B.A. Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is passionate about serving Cheatham County and strives to provide friendly and professional service to all those who conduct business with the Circuit Court Clerk's office.
